1. How long is your processing time? Processing time is 1-3 business days depending on the volume of orders.

2. When will my order arrive? After your order has been processed US packages can take up to 3-10 business days to be delivered. Packages in Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico & outside the US can take up to 10-15 days to be delivered.

3. My package states it was delivered but I never received it? If your package states is was delivered but you never received it please file a USPS Ground Claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
